1. 🚚 Shipping Zones

We ship worldwide, including Italy, all European Union countries, and all international destinations.

2. ⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Italian public holidays).

• Estimated delivery times:

◦ Italy: 2-3 business days

◦ European Union: 5-7 business days

◦ International (North America, Asia, Oceania, etc.): 7-15 business days

• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) or due to customs clearance beyond our control.

3. 💰 Shipping Costs

• Standard worldwide shipping:

◦ Orders over €79: FREE SHIPPING

◦ Orders under €79: Flat shipping rate of €7.99

• No additional fees for large orders, the rate is fixed for all purchases.

4. 📦 Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery in real time on the courier's website.

5. 📍 Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the address is wrong, contact us immediately: we can only modify the address before shipment.

6. 🛃 Customs & Duties

For orders shipped to non-EU countries, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price or shipping fee.

7. 📦 Delays & Losses

• In case of a delay exceeding 7 business days in Italy, 14 days in the EU, or 20 days internationally, contact us: we will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.

• In case of package loss, we offer full refund or free replacement of your order, at your choice.

8. 🎁 Gift Orders

We offer the option to add a personalized greeting card and ship directly to the recipient: just add a note to your order at checkout.
